Jens Pause

Jens Pause’s knowledge is drawn from the areas of purchasing, marketing and company development. His knowledge in these areas is based on 20 years of management experience in marketing and purchasing. Of these 10 years, he worked in an international industrial company. He was the authorized representative and manager of the marketing/production of the Süd-Chemie AG company. Since 1997, he has worked as the founder and managing director of the agencies as well as internet companies and medium-sized companies. He has been a member of the supervisory board of a renowned group of companies since 2003 in which he has furthered the development of strategic purchasing alliances.

Marcus Olschewski

Marcus Olschewski is the contact with regard to the world of moving pictures using his experience and know-how in all areas of film and television. As a producer, director, and even as a television host, he has been responsible for many television series, large events, renowned series, international sporting events, new television formats, in addition to image films for the industry. His latest projects include the preparation of a 3D studio for a large American broadcasting company; the World Cup in South Africa with Marcel Reif and Franz Beckenbauer; and the Paralympics 2010 on the German television station, ZDF. Today, among other things, he offers coaching for managers in the areas of interviews, public appearance and self-portrayal on television.

Dirk Freiland

Since 2000, Dirk Freiland has worked as a managing partner at one of the leading corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions consulting companies in Germany with the focuses on company transactions, company succession, and corporate financing. Previously, he was a partner of a medium-sized M&A consulting company in southern Germany. From 1997 to 2002, he was employed at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the areas of strategy and change management. Dirk Freiland is the author of various studies (e. g. „Company transactions in medium-sized companies“ on behalf of the Ministry of Economics in the Federal State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany). He is also a regular guest speaker at expert conferences. He studied Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science at the College of Technology in Esslingen and in Paris.

Prof. Dr. Jürgen Stettin

Professor Juergen Stettin holds a doctorate in Physics and in Medicine. For over 25 years, he has developed software solutions in the medical sector for the largest instrument manufacturers in the world. Among others he was the CEO of Olympus Software Europe – a subsidiary of the Olympus Group. Since 1999, he has held a professorship in medical technology at the College of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. His research is mainly based in medical instrument software and risk management.


Ingo Weber

Ingo Weber is the founder and member of the board of directors of a corporate consulting firm that is specialized in the area of Corporate Performance Management and manages the area of consulting there. Previously, he was employed at the international auditing company, Arthur Andersen, in the consultation and auditing of companies in various branches and size ranges and has supported numerous clients with the optimization of their internal and external reporting. Mr. Weber published among other the specialist books „Rechnungslegung auf IAS umstellen“(Converting financial accounting to IAS) and „Notes – Leitfaden für den IFRS-Anhang“ (Notes-  Guidelines for the IFRS Appendix) as well as diverse specialized articles in the area of corporate management and currently works in the field as a lecturer for financial management at the Duale Hochschule (University of Cooperative Education) in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany.



Bernd Linder-Hofmann

Bernd Linder-Hofmann is a renowned expert, trainer, coach and consultant for corporate transformation and leadership development. He is an associate professor for International Management, Human Resources and Change Management at the University for Applied Sciences in Amberg/Weiden, Germany. He is the author of numerous publications and books.
